Key Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive approach to understanding and addressing customer needs by providing guidance and recommending suitable product solutions within the industrial/trades space.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximise their purchasing experience.
- Implement a structured call cycle to develop and maintain profitable business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and gain new business opportunities, as well as capitalise on opportunities for growth with current customers.
- Provide internal support and collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong experience in understanding and sourcing customers, maintaining relationships and account management.
- Confident in their sales approach and driven to make sales in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and solution selling.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate also with other departments/management teams.
- Excellent communications, both written and verbal.
- Current Australian working rights.
